CAW-XP - Weighting system

CAW-XP is a system to manage weighting of vehicles and the corresponding materials, customers, distributors etc. Besides manual weighting, it includes a terminal application to enable the drivers to weight their vehicles directly. Also part of the system are one or multiple camera servers to provide snapshots from the weightings, control applications, RFID and barcode handling, ID card generating and printing, an extended analysis module, detailed rights management, interfaces to SAP and Navision and many more features. The system is used by three companies right now (a huge steel mill, a cement works and a lime pit), working correctly from day one. Two­ more companies will start using it in the next months. The system is written in Delphi, using DBISAM as database.
